Can I pay with a money order or a personal
check?
Yes we accept MO's and checks. When sending your payment make sure to
include order number, email address, telephone number and your shipping
address along with your payment.
Can I pay with and International money order or personal
check from a Bank ourside of US?
No we do not accept international money orders or checks. Please use our
checkout process and use any major credit card to pay for your purchase.

We ensure your Credit Card information is 100% safe and secure. All
transactions are secured over 128 bit SSL encryption.
Is shipping really free?
Yes all orders within the United States are shipped for free via UPS
Ground service. (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded)
How much is shipping if I live in Hawaii, Alaska or outside US?
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $45 for UPS Second day air.
International shipping is $65 for 2-3 day air delivery via UPS Expedited
service anywhere in the world. (Customs duties may apply). We reserve
the right to reject any sale in suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Do you Combine shipping? How much extra is each item?
All items are shipped free of charge within US. Hawaii, Alaska and
overseas please add $25 for each additional pair.
How do I get a tracking number for my purchase?
After you have submitted your order we will process and send you an
email with a confirmation. Once shipped you will receive tracking
information in your email If you have never received an email with your
tracking number please contact us with your order number and your full
name for tracking purposes. We will gladly inform you of your tracking
number or the status of your order. Please email

I live in NY/NJ can I pick up my item?
Yes you may pick up your order from our office..
Do you ship to PO Box?
Yes we ship to PO Box.
Can you ship my item to a different address?
For security reason we will only be able to ship your item to address
registered with your credit card.

What is your return policy?
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is defective please
return it to us and we will exchange within 10 days from shipping date.
If a pair is returned for a refund (10 day policy) it must be new unworn and in original
condition, 30% restocking fee will be applied NO EXCEPTIONS. All other
returns will result in 30% restocking fee and shipping fees are not
refundable, if you took advantage of free shipping we will also deduct
$15 for shipping. ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO A 20%
RESTOCKING FEE. (Unless the item you ordered is on backorder.)
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we have a large number of clients who buy wholesale. We supply
numerous stores and websites with the latest fashions. If you are
interested in our products please email the items and quantity you are
interested in, we will respond with a price quote.
I still haven't received my item where is it?
If you feel that it has been substantially long since you paid and have
not received your purchase please email us your order number and your
full name so that we can track the package. Please keep in mind that
orders to the West Coast can take a little longer to arrive and also
keep in mind Holidays. We always try to get your packages out as soon as
possible. Please note that items which are backordered can take up to 2
weeks to ship. If you purchase is a backordered item please be patient.
What if I forget my order number?
Your order number should be emailed to you within 24 hours of your
purchase. If you erase this email and forget your order number please
email us at
info@designershadesinstyle.com with your full name, email address
and shipping address.
Do I have to pay tax?
We are a registered business in the State of New York. All sales which
are shipped to NY are subject to a sales tax. This tax will
automatically be added to your total.
